About the Role

Do you like video games or esports? Would you like to work in the esports industry? You’ve come to the right place! For our studio based in Ras Al Khaimah, we are looking for an operations manager to oversee the day to day operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the compliance and maintaining order in the studio
• Supervision of the smooth operation of the player shifts
• Monitor the matches played and oversee the broadcast

Requirements

• Aged 18 or above.
• Basic knowledge of software tools and understanding of computer hardware.
• Previous experience managing a team is a huge plus.
• Able to showcase highest standards of reliability and professionalism.
• Based out of or willing to move to Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE.
• Knowledge and experience of Cricket as a sport.
• Spoken and written level English proficiency is a must.
• Flexible working hours (shift operation).
